As recombinant peptides, oligonucleotides, and proteins continue to be a driving force for new pharmaceuticals, DAISOGEL has launched the BIO Series of spherical silica gels.
C4-BIO Series is suitable for purification of small peptides, microbial proteins (insulin) and oligonucleotides that are too strongly retained on ODS or C8 phases. With its significant improvement in durability against acidic and alkalic resistance, C4-BIO Series can be used for an extended period in acidic mobile phase conditions and regenerated with solvents containing NaOH.

Helpful Tip
C4-BIO Series is alkaline stable between pH 1.5 and 11. The 300 Å wide pore C4-BIO Series is ideal for bulky molecules and proteins.
